[NEWS] Moderator and Applications

Post by Ivan Braginski on Tue Nov 29, 2011 1:46 am

Right, two important bits of news for you all. Yes, so soon! I'm gonna be an active admin.

  1. Applications
I'm setting up an application process so that I can make sure all new members are up to scratch and will be writing and playing at the level expected from you all. A few of you have already suggested this, but I was just too busy to do it before. What's changed now, you ask? Well, I'm sure the title of this thread gave that away, so let's move on to my second point.
  2. Moderator
I've decided to employ a moderator. It's somebody I know very well and trust to help me run the forum well, as well as somebody I know to be a very experienced and good roleplayer. So everybody congratulate Arthur Kirkland/ Toris Laurinaitis on her new positionas my bitch!

I hope you're all as happy with these decisions as I am. As always, I value your input.

You already know my feelings upon the matter, of course. So I won't bore you with it again, however!

To everyone else: Hello there, I'll be your friendly moderator from now on. If I get on your case it's most likely out of kindness and wish for the forum to do its best, as well as to strive the best out of you are role players and as people. We're a friendly community so far, and I wish to see the continuation of that.

Cheers, m'dears.

EDIT: Does this mean I can now be referred to as 'Arthur!Mod', Ivan!Admin? XD.

If you want? Frankly I'd prefer it if people just called me Ivan or Izzie or whatever. XD

...arthur!mod aka King Arthur! You don't have a sword by any chance do you? Ah, why did I just think that Denmark would make up a weird club just to bug people?

Guys, be serious for a sec xD. Thank you though.

Also, Matthew: Hitler salute? Bit controversial, isn't it?

I guess, but it's more satirical towards Old Man Hitler.

It's satirical, yes. But there's a reason that it's banned in Germany now. It's globally offensive.

And I love how everyone is treating me like I'm 1. a Lord not a lady, and 2. like I'm the King here XD. Re-direct your love to Izzie, dears. I'm only her loyal bitch servant.

Please keep offensive things such as Nazi salutes off my forum, please.

And yes you're definitely my bitch.

Ivan is a Tsar, so he'd be... "Your Imperial Highness" or "Her Imperial Highness"
And *bows before the Tsar* Hear hear!

But Izzy is himapapa! And the queen! I guess we can just call you her loyal servant tho.

Also, I think King just fits the whole 'Arthur' thing more.
