Background:
Willem was raised by a single parent family in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, his mother who had been the one to raise him had only been dating his father when she gotten pregnant with him. The relationship did not last long and his father moved to Belgium where he eventually married his current wife. Willem's parents did however remain good friends and kepted in touch, so Willem had a good relationship with his father, his wife and his half-sister.

Willem suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Xenophobia or a fear of strangers and as a result of his Xenophobia he tends to have very few friends. He is also a quiet young man preferring to listen which comes in handy when the few friends that he does have need someone to talk to.

Willem's native tongue is Dutch but he is also fluent in English and German. He also smokes a lot whether it is a cigarette or smoking weed out of his pipe.
